These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TEEYZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or making a purchase through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and do not require any physical or digital signature.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account or placing an Order, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your Order.
Payments can be made through the payment methods available at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Purchases on the Platform are one-time transactions per Order — we do not operate subscription billing cycles or automatic renewals. If any subscription-based service is introduced in the future, its fees, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up.
We strive to display accurate pricing; however, in case of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund any amount paid. We may revise prices, offers, and shipping charges at any time without prior notice — such revisions will not affect Orders already confirmed.
An Order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
All Content on the Platform — including the TEEYZ name, logo, brand marks, product designs, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of TEEYZ or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and legal action.
The Platform and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, and availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEEYZ, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Products.
In any event, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to an Order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that Order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be lawfully excluded.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, logistics providers, or social media platforms. These are provided solely for your convenience. We do not own, control, or endorse such third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or practices.
Your interactions with third-party services — including payments processed by payment gateways and deliveries handled by courier partners — are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We encourage you to review them before engaging with such services.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:
You may stop using the Platform or request deletion of your Account at any time by writing to us at hello@teeyz.com. Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the date of termination, and provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Subject to the above, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may additionally be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
